Listen to Your Heart

This beautiful watercolor painting was created as a part of my art healing practice, while I was working on balancing my heart chakra and connecting to my heart space. The painting process began by letting the watercolor flow naturally onto the paper, and then I followed intuitive nudges to develop organic shapes and forms. The result is stunning piece of an anatomical heart and a serene face reminding me to listen to my heart.
