In this 90-minute Vocal Energetic Foundations interactive workshop, we’ll explore the power of our voices as energetic tools for healing, self-expression, and empowerment. Through the lens of the season’s introspection and sound frequencies, we will practice vocal techniques, humming, toning, and mantra work and learn how to harness our voices to release emotion, build confidence, and speak with clarity and compassion.
