Step into a nurturing and supportive space for our very first monthly Reiki Share—a special community gathering to practice, receive, and explore energy healing together. Whether you’re brand new to Reiki or an experienced practitioner, all are welcome. No experience is necessary—come as you are to give, receive, or simply be present in the healing energy.
What is energy work? Energy healing is a gentle, holistic practice that supports your well-being by balancing body, mind, and spirit. Reiki channels universal life force energy through the hands, helping to reduce stress, promote relaxation, and encourage healing on all levels. During our Reiki Share, we gather in a safe and compassionate circle to both offer and receive this nurturing energy, deepening our connection to ourselves and to our community.
