Beginning on Wednesday, February 5, join Kim Stern for her transformative S.K.Y - Sky Kundalini Yoga classes from 6-7:30 p.m.
SKY - Spirit Kundalini Yoga.
In a SKY Session we're expanding our self-awareness and assuring our Agency. Every session is intended to be a transformational experience, and it works. SKY Sessions are unique and available to EveryBody; at ANY age and with ANY unique abilities. We practice in our minds first!
