Radical Self-Love

Self-love means that you have an appreciation, affinity, and positive regard for yourself. It’s closely related to self-esteem and self-compassion. When you have a strong sense of self-love, you understand your own value and treat yourself in a loving way. Radical self-love has a positive effect on your well-being, mental fitness and relationships, and motivates and empowers us. Love for yourself lowers stress, helps you identify opportunities for growth, allows for empathy for yourself and others, and allows for setting healthy boundaries.  In this workshop, we will do a deep meditation to release stored feelings that prevent us from loving ourselves, while nurturing our inner child and opening our hearts to appreciation and love for ourselves. Our art project will focus on strengths, self-compassion and self-affirmations, building confidence and radical self-love.  Come join me at Serenity Cove on Saturday, March 30th at 1:00 p.m.!
