Each class begins with a sacred invocation mantra and Sankalpa (intention) to set the tone for your day. This dynamic practice will guide you through empowering poses that connect you with your inner goddess, emphasizing alignment for safety and stability while building core strength, endurance, and confidence.
As we flow together, you'll feel the energy of the divine feminine rise, unlocking creativity, self-love, and radiant vitality. Every session concludes with a soothing cool-down, blissful savasana, and calming pranayama to leave you feeling balanced, rejuvenated, and ready to shine.
